Self Defense Technique

Self-defense techniques cannot only copy the film. Bullying, mugging, and other crimes are all around us. Don't let our lives be at stake.

Escape from that place is a way of self defense. For people who study martial arts this might be considered a coward but for ordinary people who cannot defend themselves, running away is necessary.

However, when conditions are not possible to immediately escape, understand self-defense techniques in order to be free from these conditions.
